I recently received the 20 Second Fitness workout program, and have been delaying the act of actually starting it, and just getting up and doing it.

I did it,

I got up, and did the workout…the very first workout and I loved it. I feel so great and energized now and that is more than I could ever ask for.

I know it is going to get more difficult, but I look forward to it. This conditioning is exactly what I need to get back into the fitness mode I miss so much.

  1. Great job on getting up and just doing it! I would love to see your starting off stats (ie: bmi and measurements) vs your stats say 6 wks from now – I would love to know if this is a program I could recommend to my readers. Great job on taking the first steps!!
