I love award shows!

Coming up on February 21st at 7PM EST, the Premio Lo Nuestro Award Show airs and we can all tune in and find out which of our favorites takes home the awards! Did you know what milk has in common with celebrities, awards, and nerves? For one, it can help you sleep! I use this technique when I know I have a big day coming up…I’ll drink a glass of milk before bed and it helps relax me. The nominees should take advantage of the easy tip and enjoy milk the night before the award show, it can help them get a better nights sleep. Having a glass of milk can help the nominees wake up with a positive attitude and even look on the bright side of things if by chance they do not win.

Drinking milk to have a better nights sleep isn’t just for the nominees…I enjoy milk as well. In fact I plan on drinking it the night before the show so I won’t be so antsy while waiting to find out who wins! Plus, I’d never argue with a chance for a better nights sleep…I am a borderline insomniac sometimes and I really appreciate the nights I am fully rested.

Don’t forget to set your TV to tune into the awards show on February 21st at 7PM EST! It is going to be an amazing show.

Because of all the positivity talk, I want to present my own special award before the show: Toma Leche Positive Song Award

CMPB Toma Leche Milk

This award is going out to “Fuiste Tú” by Ricardo Arjona y Gaby Moreno. This song makes me feel happy every time I listen to it and is a great example of a positive song that spreads feel good vibes.

Who would you give the Toma Leche Positive Song Award to?

This is part of a sponsored campaign with the California Milk Processor Board and Latina Mom Bloggers. However, all opinions expressed are my own.
