PB&J Muffins – Addictive Personalities Stay Far Away!

Yesterday I participated in a super fun Comment Luv Chat on Blog Friendly PR’s forum and as always it provided some amazingly delicious experiences.

One of my favorite things about visiting blogs is stumbling across recipes that make me drool like a dog, and that is exactly what happened last night when I found my buddy Melanie’s post about PB&J Muffins.

I knew right then and there that I would be making those muffins, so I had Bryan buy some creamy Peanut Butter for me because we never (ever) buy it.

Apple Pie Cream Cheese Croissants Recipe

Way back when I was pregnant with Zoey, I was a Pampered Chef Consultant. A really really crappy one, but I tried nonetheless…I did discover a few recipes that grew on me as a result of that very interesting business venture. 

One of those recipes was a very interested croissant braid filled with cherry pie filling, and a cream cheese + powdered sugar mixture.

I loved it, but I picked out the cherries because I honestly cannot stand cherries. It was still amazing, though.

My husband and I had an idea. Change the fruit from cherries to apples and instead of making a large braided croissant loaf, we would make individual treats. This is what I’m sharing with you today…the delicious apple cream cheese powdered sugar within a fluffy croissant dessert that stemmed from my love of a Pampered Chef recipe.
