Every year my family looks forward to Easter, we love all the crafts, food, and family gathering that comes along with the holiday.
When my kids walk into a store and see all the Easter/spring things up, their eyes just light up with excitement! It’s all the pastel colors, the colorful eggs, the pretty baskets, and, of course, all the candy! We get on Pinterest and start trying all the new Easter recipes and crafts. It’s one of the most memorable moments we have together as a family. My husband even gets involved!
All that stuff is fun and honestly the easy part of Easter.
The one struggle I have as a mom is picking out easter day outfits. I want my kids to look stylish, be comfortable and play with their cousins, get more than one use out of them, and be reasonably priced… for my husband’s sake!
My kids grow fast, but not so fast that they can normally do some serious damage to their clothes. I need the big G because their clothes tend to last and are made well. Especially when we’re talking about school clothes!
Hop ‘N’ Roll Collection
Sometimes I try to avoid the store completely because I know I’ll end up buying everything! Their window displays just call me name! They have this one line that I’m extra excited about called Hop ‘N’ Roll. In this collection, you can mix and match everything! Zoey got a couple dresses. Her favorite was the Neon Painted Dot Dress and I just loved her in the Striped Tank Dress.
My husband firmly believes dresses aren’t for play, so he picked a few outfits for the girls as well. He grabbed the Heart Terry Shorts in three different colors and the I”m a Cool Cat flutter tee and the Hot Air Balloon flutter tee. I just love this line because I can mix all of the clothes for a different look for school and play dates!
My Emma got the Geo Print Smock tee, which she picked out herself. Because I just couldn’t help myself I grabbed a pair of Heart Bike Shorts and an adorable Geo Print Romper for her as well! She doesn’t know it but I’m saving the romper for her birthday! Next month!
Gymboree is not only amazing because of their cute affordable kids clothes, but because they got together with KaBOOM… A national non-profit organization.
From 4/6 through 5/31 Gymboree will be supporting KaBOOM through a series of programs and activities in hopes to earn enough money to build a place to play for 10,000 deserving kids in 2015! A percentage of proceeds from the Hop ‘N’ Roll line in-stores and online will benefit KaBOOM!
